Receipt and sending of gift vouchers

You can send the voucher to your e-mail address or send it to the e-mail address of the person to whom you are gifting it with a personal message in the text of the e-mail. If you send the voucher to your e-mail address, you have the option to print it out and give it as a gift in physical form. If you send the voucher with delayed sending to another person by e-mail, it will arrive on the selected date but at the same time as when you made the purchase.

Extension of gift voucher

It is possible for an additional 12 months with an additional payment of 50% of the voucher amount.

There is no refund for gift vouchers, but it is possible to transfer them to another person.

Using gift vouchers

The gift voucher can be used for only one flight. The person who received the gift voucher makes the reservation himself, at the time of his choice, within the validity of the gift voucher, on this link. When making a reservation, it is mandatory to write the number of the gift voucher in the note. The amount of the voucher is deducted from the total price of the flight.
